How to Create pages in your eCommerce Store

Webpages are essential building blocks of your online store, providing customers with valuable information about your brand, products, and policies.

Your eCommerce store includes default pages such as About Us, Contact Us, and legal pages. You can also create custom pages to share unique content and enhance your store’s shopping experience.

Creating and managing these pages helps you maintain a consistent brand presence and improve navigation for your customers.

Once you have created pages in eCommerce, you have the flexibility to assign them to either the footer or the main menu (nav) of your online store. This allows you to strategically place your custom pages where they can be easily accessed by your customers.

Steps to Create a New Page

  1. Log in to your eCommerce Admin Panel.
  2. Navigate to Online Store → Pages.
  3. Click “+Create Page” to start a new page.
  4. Enter a Page Title and add your desired content in the editor.
  5. (Optional) To optimize your page for search engines, click Edit Page SEO and modify the following:
    • URL slug – Define how your page appears in the address bar.
    • Meta title – Add a concise and descriptive title for search results.
    • Meta description – Provide a brief summary to improve visibility and click-through rate.

By optimizing these SEO fields, you help your page rank higher and attract more organic traffic.

Add Pages to Store Navigation

Once your page is created, you can display it in your store’s main menu or footer menu for better visibility.

This ensures that important information—such as policies, FAQs, or brand stories—is easily accessible to customers.

Tips
  • Use clear, customer-friendly titles such as “Shipping & Returns,” “Privacy Policy,” or “FAQs.”
  • Keep your page content concise and visually structured with headings or bullet points.
  • Review your pages regularly to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Link related pages to improve navigation and user experience.
