How to fulfill, refund, and print packing slips for orders
Once a customer places and pays for an order, the next steps include fulfilling the order, generating packing slips for shipment, and processing refunds when applicable.
Printing packing slips
To generate a packing slip:
- Open the specific order.
- Click on the print packing slip button from the top left three dot icon.
- The system generates a downloadable PDF containing order details, shipping address, and product list.
- Include the printed slip with the shipment package.
Tip:Packing slips help customers verify items received and simplify returns, as applicable.
Best practices:
- Verify payment settlement before fulfilling the order.
- Always confirm item condition before issuing a refund.
- Regularly review refund analytics to track product return trends.
