Search, Filter, and Analyze Customer Data

Searching and filtering help you quickly locate specific customers or identify patterns in your customer base. This feature also supports data-driven decision-making through built-in analytics.

Searching for a Customer

  1. Navigate to Customers → Customers.
  2. Use the Search Bar on the top-right.
  3. Enter a keyword — e.g., Name, or Email.
  4. Press Enter to view matching results.

Filtering Customers

Filters help you narrow down your list based on defined criteria.

  1. Click the Filter Icon beside the search bar.
  2. Select one or more filter parameters:
    • Last Created
    • Total Spent (Low – High)
    • Total Spent (High – Low)
  3. Your customers dashboard will display results for the applied filters.
Tip: Set targeted percentage discount by navigating to the individual customer information page.
