How to track your available cash, upcoming payments, and recent transactions

Available cash

The “available cash” panel shows the exact amount you can withdraw or spend immediately using your eCommerce card or payout method. These funds have completed settlement and are ready for withdrawal.
Example: An order that has finished its payment settlement period will move its amount into “available cash”.

Tip: You can initiate a withdrawal anytime from the available balance.

Upcoming Payments

The “Upcoming Payments” panel lists funds that are pending clearance — typically payments from recent orders still undergoing settlement or verification. These amounts are not yet available for withdrawal.
Example: A payment received today might remain in upcoming payments until the payment gateway completes its settlement cycle.

Tip: When the system verifies these payments, they automatically move from “upcoming payments” into “available cash”.

Recent transactions

The Recent Transactions area acts as your financial timeline. It lists the most recent wallet activities including payments received, refunds issued, payouts made, and any wallet or card transfers.
Example: If you issued a refund this morning, the refund entry will appear at the top of Recent Transactions for quick reconciliation.

Tip: Use this log to reconcile activity, verify payouts, and review any unexpected entries.
