How to cancel a subscription plan?

You can cancel your subscription plan at any time through your admin panel. When you cancel, your store will transition to the Free plan, and you will continue to have access to your store without paid features.

Steps to cancel your subscription plan

1. Navigate to Settings → Plans.
2. Select the Free plan from the available options.
3. Confirm the downgrade to complete the cancellation process.
4. Once confirmed, your subscription will remain active until your billing cycle ends.
Note: If you would like to cancel the subscription before the end of the billing cycle, be aware that we do not refund the payment for this subscription.
