MyParcel Overview
MyParcel is an all-in-one shipping solution designed to simplify logistics for online businesses. It enables merchants to efficiently create and manage shipping labels for parcels, letterbox parcels, mail, and pallets — all from a single platform.
By integrating with leading carriers such as PostNL and DHL, MyParcel ensures reliable and efficient delivery for both domestic and international shipments.
With MyParcel, sellers can:
- Generate and print shipping labels quickly.
- Offer customers branded Track & Trace pages for real-time delivery updates.
- Manage returns with a customizable returns portal.
- Access a comprehensive shipment summary for tracking and analytics.
You can choose to:
- Use MyParcel’s partnered carriers and drop off packages at any of the thousands of PostNL or DHL locations, or
- Ship through your own carrier contract (e.g., Instabox).
Tip: You can also integrate Verzenden via Bol orders for added flexibility. Visit MyParcel’s cost calculator to estimate shipping rates based on your destination and shipment type.
