Shipping methods at your eCommerce Store
Shipping methods define how orders are delivered to your customers. Offering reliable shipping options at checkout enhances customer trust, improves shopping experience, and ensures timely order fulfillment.
From your Admin Panel, you can enable and configure shipping methods based on your business needs.
Your online store currently supports two integrated shipping methods:
- MyParcel — Ideal for businesses that rely on streamlined parcel delivery services.
- The Courier Guy — A trusted courier service for local and national deliveries.
Both shipping methods can be configured individually to match your shipping preferences, rates, and operational workflow.
Why Shipping Methods Matter
Configuring shipping methods properly helps you:
| Offer transparent delivery options at checkout | Reduce manual handling through automation |
| Improve order accuracy and fulfillment efficiency | Provide customers with tracking information |
| Align shipping costs with your business strategy | |
Where to manage Shipping Methods
You can configure your shipping methods from: Admin Panel → Settings → Shipping
From here, you can:
- Enable or disable shipping methods.
- Configure provider-specific settings.
- Combine them with Shipping Zones and Shipping Rules for accurate delivery fees.
Tip: Choose a shipping provider that aligns with the majority of your order destinations.
