Managing your social accounts
Connecting your social media profiles to your eCommerce store allows customers to easily find and engage with your brand across multiple platforms. Once added, your social icons will appear in the footer of your storefront, helping improve brand trust, visibility, and customer engagement.
How to add or update your social media profiles
Follow the steps below to manage your store’s social links:
- Log in to access your admin panel dashboard using your store credentials.
- Navigate to: Settings → General → Social Profiles. This section contains all available social media fields supported by your store.
- Add the full URL for each platform you want to display on your storefront:
Facebook Instagram Twitter/X TikTok YouTube LinkedIn WhatsApp (Phone Number)
Tip: Always use the correct and full URL format (e.g., https://www.instagram.com/yourstore/) to ensure your social icons open correctly. - Add your country code, then enter your WhatsApp number to enable direct communication with customers.
- Click Save. Your social icons will instantly update on your storefront footer.
Best Practices
- Use active accounts only to avoid broken links or outdated profiles.
- Stay consistent with branding across all platforms for a unified customer experience.
- Enable WhatsApp for quick customer support and faster conversions.
- Regularly review your links when rebranding or updating usernames.
You’re All Set!
Your social media profiles are now connected to your online store, helping customers discover your brand and engage with you across their favorite platforms.
