How to view and manage customer orders in your store dashboard

The Orders section in your admin dashboard helps you manage every order received through your online store—from new purchases to fulfilled and refunded transactions. This centralized dashboard ensures you stay in full control of your order processing, tracking, and customer experience.

Accessing the orders section

To view your customer orders:

  1. Log in to your admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate from Catalog → Orders from the left pane of your admin dashboard.
  3. The orders table displays a list of all received orders with key details such as:
    Order ID Order date Customer data
    Payment (Pending, Paid) Delivery (Processing, Delivered) Total amount
Tip: Use the search bar to find orders by order ID, customer name, or payment reference.

Managing orders

From the orders dashboard, you can perform key management actions directly:

  • Filter orders: Sort by order status (e.g., Pending, Paid, etc).
  • Sort by: Sort by “Order Number” and “Date Created” to understand the pattern in customers’ orders.
Best practices:
  • Regularly check pending orders to avoid fulfillment delays.
  • Ensure order statuses are updated promptly to maintain accurate tracking.
  • Use filters and search to track high-value or urgent orders efficiently.
