Understanding the wallet section in your eCommerce admin panel

The “Wallet” section in your eCommerce admin panel acts as your store’s financial command center. It gives you a transparent, real-time view of how money flows in and out of your business—helping you track earnings, upcoming payouts, and all recent financial activities. Whether you’re reviewing completed orders or planning your next payout, the Wallet keeps your store’s finances organized in one place.

Accessing the wallet section

To access your wallet:

  • Log in to your admin dashboard.
  • Navigate to Finances → Wallet.
  • You’ll see three main panels:
  • Order Information
Available cash Upcoming payments Recent transactions

    Key wallet features

    Available cash

This section displays the current balance that is ready to be paid out to you. It reflects funds that have already cleared and can be withdrawn whenever you initiate a payout.
Example: If a customer has completed a payment and the settlement period has passed, the amount will appear here.

    Upcoming payments

This panel shows all funds that are pending clearance. These are typically payments from recent orders that are still in the settlement window or under processing.
Example: An order placed today may show up here until the payment gateway confirms settlement.

    Recent transactions

This section lists your most up-to-date financial activity, including:

    • Incoming payments from orders
    • Transfers initiated
    • Payouts sent to your bank or wallet

It acts as your financial timeline, helping you quickly verify any activity in your store.

Tip: Regularly check your “Wallet” to monitor real-time earnings and ensure your payout configuration (bank account, payment provider, or settlement method) is up to date. This helps prevent delays in receiving your funds and keeps your financial reporting accurate.
