Setting up Discount Thresholds for Automatic Discounts at Checkout

Using a discount threshold, you can set a minimum order value to automatically apply a discount. A discount threshold allows you to set a minimum order value, upon reaching which a discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Minimum Order Amount: The minimum total cart value required before discount applies.

Discount %: Percentage of discount applied once the order meets the threshold.

Maximum Discount Limit: The maximum discount allowed, even if the percentage gives more.

Example If the set minimum order amount = €100, discount = 5%, and max discount limit = €10:
– An order of €100 → gets €5 off
– An order of €300 → would normally get €15 off, but it is capped at €10.
If the set minimum order amount = ₹1000, discount = 10%, and max discount limit = ₹200:
– An order of ₹1000 → gets ₹100 off
– An order of ₹2500 → would normally get ₹250 off, but it is capped at ₹200
If the set minimum order amount = $100, discount = 10%, and max discount limit = $15:
– An order of $100 → gets $10 off
– An order of $200 → would normally get $20 off, but it is capped at $15
Note: Automatic discounts can’t be combined with manual coupon codes.
